Datone Jones unlikely to practice anytime soon

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said on Monday that he does not expect defensive lineman Datone Jones to practice anytime in the near future. Jones injured his knee in Saturday’s preseason game against the Bengals. (Jon Machota on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Jones was signed late last season after he was released by the 49ers. In the four games (two starts) he played for Dallas, he recorded one sack and 15 combined tackles. With David Irving battling personal issues and a four-game suspension, and Maliek Collins on PUP until recently, Jones has a great opportunity to find a role in the Cowboys defense. Unfortunately that opportunity may slip away if the injury keeps him away for too long.
