Jaylen Watkins (ACL) out for season

Chargers defensive back Jaylen Watkins tore his ACL in Saturday’s preseason game against Seattle and will be out for the 2018 season. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Watkins injury is another tough blow to a Charger’s defense that has been decimated by them. Watkins was performing well before going down and had a real chance to make the 53-man roster. If there is a silver lining, the late summer tear should allow Watkins to return at close to full health for the 2019 campaign. He will be 26 at that time.
