Byron Marshall leaves with lower leg injury Thursday, MRI comes back clean

Byron Marshall left Thursday's game with a lower leg injury, but an MRI did not reveal a significant injury, according to head coach Jay Gruden. (JP Finlay on Twitter)

Marshall is on the roster bubble in Washington and has seen his stock rise in recent weeks due to his performance and injuries to other running backs, but he can not afford to miss any time. Fellow running back Samaje Perine also left the game with a sprained ankle on Thursday, and both backs are considered day-to-day.
