Shelton Gibson's strong training camp is translating to preseason games

Eagles second-year wide receiver Shelton Gibson hauled in five passes for 90 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's loss to the New England Patriots.
Fantasy Impact:
Gibson spent most of the 2017 season on the inactive list on game days and was not even considered a lock to make the roster in 2018. However, Gibson has flashed the speed and potential that got him drafted in training camp and looks like an entirely new player. He has caught a number of deep balls over the last two weeks, and he has been regularly getting open during preseason games, especially deep. As of now, he appears to have a firm hold on one of the receiver spots on the Philadelphia roster.
