Gerald Hodges signs on with Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals have signed free agent linebacker Gerald Hodges to a one-year deal. Hodges, a fourth-round selection by the Vikings in 2013, played 11 games for New Orleans last season and totaled 3.5 sacks and three interceptions in five pro seasons with the Vikings, 49ers, and Saints. Fantasy Impact:

By signing this late, Hodges will have a difficult time making Arizona's 53-man roster. For now, he's simply depth in a thin Cardinals' linebacking corps and has no IDP value.
