Ian Rapoport is reporting that the latest surgery that Denver Broncos OLB Shane Ray will need on his troublesome left wrist will keep him out for three months, which would run into the start of the regular season. (Ian Rapoport via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ray originally injured the wrist last July and it limited him to eight games and a single sack. The injury lingered all season and required additional surgeries, the latest of which is expected to take place within the next few days. The Broncos declined Ray's fifth-year option, meaning he's slated to be an unrestricted free-agent following the 2018 NFL season.
