Zach Miller signs one-year deal with Bears

The Bears have signed veteran tight end Zach Miller to a one-year contract worth a minimum of $458,000 in 2018. (Pro Football Talk on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's a unique contract, as it's unlikely that Miller plays another down of football after suffering a gruesome knee injury that has required him to have multiple surgeries, including one immediately after the injury occurred to ensure he didn't lose his leg all together. This is a classy move by the Bears as a franchise to take care of someone who was one of the best team-first players. If he is able to suit-up in 2018, he will make $790,000 on his one-year deal.
