Fantasy Impact:
The Ravens' wide receiver depth chart is crowded after they added three wideouts in free agency while retaining Breshad Periman. However, Scott isn't a play-now player and will benefit from the time to develop. If anything, he'll be a jump ball specialist in the red zone early in his NFL career.
