Zach Ertz suffers head injury in loss to Seattle

Zach Ertz caught two of his four targets for 24 yards prior to being forced out of Sunday's loss to Seattle with a head injury.
Fantasy Impact:
Ertz has officially entered the concussion protocol. This is a situation worth monitoring because it's becoming harder and harder for players to play the week after suffering the concussion. If Ertz were to miss next weeks game, Brent Celek and Trey Burton would have an increased role in a key matchup against the Rams. However, if Ertz is able to go he is a high end TE1 every week.
