Fantasy Impact:
Rodgers, four weeks removed from suffering a broken collarbone in Week 6, took snaps from a trainer off to the side at Wednesday's practice. It was the first time the elite signal caller performed any football activities in front of the media since sustaining the injury. From a fantasy football perspective, Rodgers is eligible to return from the short-term IR list in Week 15. However, if the Packers are eliminated from playoff contention, it is difficult to imagine him returning to the field in 2017. But since the NFC playoff picture appears to be wide open aside from the powerhouse Eagles, Rams and Vikings, it certainly wouldn't surprise me if he did, in fact, return. Monitor Rodgers on waivers if he was dropped in any leagues. If it looks like the stars are aligning for his return, I'd target him sooner rather than later as he'd be available for the tail end of the fantasy playoffs in most formats.
