Kellen Clemens set to start if Philip Rivers can't suit up

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Kellen Clemens is set to start the Week 11 game against the Buffalo Bills if starter Philip Rivers (concussion) is unable to suit up.
Fantasy Impact:
Rivers was limited in Wednesday's practice and has not yet passed the NFL's concussion protocol. Head coach Anthony Lynn said he would turn to Clemens if Rivers was forced to miss the game. Rivers has never missed a start in his career, but there is no way to predict whether or not he will clear the concussion protocol in time for Sunday's game. Clemens would not be a fantasy option if he were to get the start.
