Williams to get a shot at returning kicks

The Chicago Bears have promoted WR/KR Chris Williams off of the practice squad. He replaces KR Rashad Ross. (Brad Biggs on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Through the first 4 games, the Bears have been struggling with kick returns. Chicago is 26th in the NFL in kick returns with a 19.8 yard average. Williams is the third player to get a shot at replacing the legendary Devin Hester. The former CFL star will also be the WR5 on offense, but his primary role for now will be as kick returner.
