Chris Matthews released during final roster cuts

Baltimore Ravens released wide receiver Chris Matthews during the final roster cuts on Saturday. He is a third year veteran out of Kentucky that signed with the Ravens onto the active roster in December 2015. (source)
Fantasy Impact:
Matthews recorded nine receptions for 97 yards and one touchdown in the 2015 season. He was placed on injured reserve in September 2016. During the 2017 preseason, Matthews had the longest reception in the preseason with 35 yards against the New Orleans Saints.
