Fantasy Impact:
An intriguing prospect due to his agility, Toussaint laid an egg this preseason, averaging a mere 3.1 yards per carry. Heading into his age 27 season, Toussaint had a minuscule chance of fantasy relevance, even in the high-powered Pittsburgh offense. At the time of this note this move signifies that Pittsburgh is going to start the season with Le'Veon Bell, the rookie James Conner, and preseason darling Terrell Watson as its Week 1 RB group.
