Ryan Mathews has been cleared by the Eagles' doctors, according to head coach Doug Pederson on Tuesday. It is widely expected that the next move for the team is going to be releasing him. That decision could come as early as this afternoon. (Les Bowen on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mathews is almost certainly going to get cut now that he has been cleared, as the speculation all along has been that the Eagles were simply waiting for him to be healthy before releasing him so that they could save additional cap space.
