Joe Mixon third on the depth chart

Bengals beat writer Jim Owczarski has posted a picture of the Bengals first unofficial depth chart, listing rookie Joe Mixon with the third-team offense. (Jim Owczarski)
Fantasy Impact:
It's not unusual to see the veterans get the nod in training camp, but this is noteworthy considering how bad Jeremy Hill has been over the last two seasons. There was a report last week with one of the Bengals beat writers saying that Hill would begin the season as the starter. While most dismissed that, the Bengals are apparently not ready to give up on Hill. Mixon's third-round ADP appears to be a bit high for someone who still needs to climb the depth chart. If Mixon sees extensive preseason action in meaningless games, it may be time to sound the alarms for his draft stock. At this point, you shouldn't be one of the people drafting him in the third round.
