Moss inactive for third straight week

Redskins WR Santana Moss was a healthy inactive in the team's Week 3 loss to Philadelphia. Moss has yet to suit up for a game in 2014.
Fantasy Impact:
From a fantasy, and probably a football standpoint, Moss' best days are behind him. If you are using a roster space to carry Moss, it's time to cut bait and move in a different direction.
