Chicago Bears beat writer Rich Campbell is reporting running back Jeremy Langford (ankle) suffered a "minor" ankle injury during a walkthrough at training camp Thursday night. (Rich Campbell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Campbell is adding that Langford's ankle injury is similar to the one he sustained last season and it is said to be "minor." As a result of the injury, the Bears could elect to hold him out for the next two-to-three weeks as a precaution, which will allow Benny Cuningham to see increased reps with the second team offense. Currently, Langford is slated to open the 2017 season as Jordan Howard's primary backup.
