Texans cut Clemons and re-sign Manning

On Sunday, the Texans cut their 2014 free-agent acquisition Chris Clemons. On Monday, they added former Texans safety Daniel Manning who was cut by the Bengals. (NFL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Clemons fell behind Kendrick Lewis early in camp and never caught up. Outside of D.J. Swearinger, there doesn't seem to be much fantasy value in the Texans' secondary.
