The San Diego Chargers have thrown in the towel on Vincent Brown
Fantasy Impact:
Browns broken ankle in 2012 was devastating and he never regained his explosiveness. He moved like a tight end last season and had not practiced sine July 25th. That said, he will probably get a second chance elsewhere.
