Riley Cooper not expected to sign with Buccaneers after tryout

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are not expected to sign former Eagles WR Riley Cooper after a three-day tryout with the team during rookie minicamp, according to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times on Twitter. (Rick Stroud on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It is fair to wonder whether this might be the end for Riley Cooper. Cooper was a decent wide receiver during his time in Philadelphia, but he quickly fell out of favor after a video surfaced of him using racial slurs while at a concert. It seems that no NFL team wants to weather that kind of baggage in order to employ an average-to-below-average wide receiver, as the Buccaneers are one of the few teams to show interest in the last two years.
