Jordan Leggett to possibly play a big role in the Jets' offense

by Eric Wagner | Sat, May 6th 12:33pm EDT

Leggett has said that the Jets' new offensive coordinator, John Morton, is a big fan of tight ends and making them the "go-to guy" in the offense. With no clear starter at the position, former Clemson tight end Leggett could be that guy. (Ralph Vacchiano on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

The Jets have question marks all over their team, from the lack of a quality starting quarterback to which running back to draft all the way to their lackluster defense. Leggett won't be playing for Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady, but he has a chance to be a focal point of the offense, which is valuable, fantasy-wise, on any team. You seldom see the top targets on the waiver wire, no matter how bad the offense is. Eric Decker will likely be the top target on this team, but Leggett can compete with Quincy Enunwa, considering the offense might run through the tight end position.
