Brandon Carr signs with Ravens

Former Dallas Cowboys cornerback Brandon Carr and the Baltimore Ravens agreed to terms on a four-year deal worth $24 million. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Carr, who played the last five seasons in Dallas, signed with Baltimore Thursday. The nine-year veteran never lived up to his last contract with the Cowboys, but he proved to be a solid corner at best during his tenure with the club. He'll likely enter 2017 starting opposite Jimmy Smith with the Ravens.
