Matt Kahlil to sign with Carolina Panthers

Matt Kahlil will join his brother of C Ryan Kahlil in Carolina as the two sides agree to terms. Kahlil lasted just two games this past season but played in all 16 games the previous four seasons after being taken No. 4 in the 2012 draft by the Vikings. Kahlil fills a huge void as Michael Oher isn't ready to return from concussions and Mike Remmers is a free agent. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This signing is good news for the Panthers and for QB Cam Newton. Hopefully, Kahlil can stay healthy after injuring his hip last season. He's expected to be ready for training camp so the signing is a bonus for Cam Newton and Jonathan Stewart this season.
