James Starks has been released by the Green Bay Packers with a non-football injury designation. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Starks was less than stellar when he attempted to make up for Eddie Lacy's miscues. The Packers backfield is extremely thin with Montgomery looking like their healthiest option currently. Expect the Packers to strengthen their backfield this offseason which will more than likely occur through the draft with the need for young legs in Green Bay.
