Brian Hoyer will be watching from the bench as Cam Newton starts for the Patriots. As such, he's not worth drafting in all but the deepest of 2QB leagues. Hoyer is projected to earn 0.2 of his 5 fantasy points by rushing. Running the bal lisn't how he makes his living. Projected for a nan touchdown-to-interception ratio, he isn't not likely to melt down often.
