49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (back) is officially active for Week 15.
Fantasy Impact: McCaffrey was listed as questionable as a late addition to the injury report Saturday. He was able to get through pregame warmups without any issues and should see his usual playing time against the Titans.

Fantasy Impact: Juszczyk suffered what is expected to be cracked ribs during the team's Week 13 win over the Browns. While it's encouraging he is practicing in some form coming out of the team's bye week, his status throughout the week is worth monitoring ahead of a Week 15 matchup with the Titans.
