Zack Martin (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 12 for the Dallas Cowboys against the Washington Commanders. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Martin will not play after failing to log any practice for the Cowboys Thursday, leaving the offensive line without a key starter for the divisional contest. T.J. Bass will likely start in Martin’s place for head coach Mike McCarthy against the Commanders.

Trevon Diggs (groin/knee) has been ruled out for Week 12 for the Dallas Cowboys against the Washington Commanders. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Diggs will not travel with the team despite logging a limited practice session for the Cowboys Thursday, leaving the secondary without their top option. Caelen Carson will likely start opposite DaRon Bland against the Commanders Sunday.

Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson (concussion) has officially been ruled out for Week 12. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Ferguson is dealing with a concussion he suffered in Week 11 and has not cleared the league's protocol. Luke Schoonmaker should see an increase in targets against the Commanders Sunday.

Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said DaRon Bland "went through everything today" at practice. (Source: Joseph Hoyt on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: It gives Bland a chance to make his season debut on Sunday against the Commanders. His status will be worth monitoring when the official injury report is released for Sunday.

CeeDee Lamb is back at practice on Friday. (Source: Jon Machota on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Lamb was absent from practice on Thursday. He should be good to go for Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Cowboys WR Brandin Cooks (knee) was a limited participant in practice Thursday. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Cooks recently had his 21-day practice window opened and has practiced in a limited capacity in both sessions this week. His Week 12 status should become clearer after Friday's practice session.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott will undergo season-ending surgery on his injured hamstring Wednesday. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Prescott is dealing with a partial avulsion of his hamstring, according to Jerry Jones. Prescott will be placed on injured reserve and he will turn his focus to rehabbing for the 2025 season. The Cowboys are expected to continue to start Cooper Rush at QB, which will be a downgrade for the Cowboys’ pass catchers for the remainder of the season.

DeMarvion Overshown was diagnosed with bursitis in his right knee. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Overshown left Sunday's game early with a non-contact injury. It appears he avoided a serious injury, but he'll likely continue to be further evaluated.

Cowboys DE Micah Parsons (ankle) is officially questionable for Week 10. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Parsons was able to log limited practice time during each session this week. Parsons has been out of action since Week 4, so his return would be a major boost for the Cowboys' defense.

Cowboys DE DeMarcus Lawrence (foot) will not yet be activated for practice off of IR, but does appear to be moving around well, per HC Mike McCarthy. (Source: Jane Slater on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Lawrence was placed on injured reserve back on Oct. 1 due to a sustained foot injury. It appears the four-time Pro Bowl pass rusher is not yet ready to return to action.

Rico Dowdle was a full participant at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Nick Harris on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Dowdle was a late addition to the injury report last week before he was ruled out due to an illness. He should return to his lead role in the Cowboys backfield, but it'll likely remain a committee.

John Stephens Jr. (knee) has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and will be out for the remainder of the season.

Fantasy Impact: Stephens recently suffered a significant knee injury, which is officially being diagnosed as a torn ACL. He is going to be out for the remainder of the 2024 season while recovering. His absence shouldn't have a big impact for fantasy purposes.

Cowboys CB Caelen Carson is officially inactive for Week 6.

Fantasy Impact: Carson was listed as questionable with a shoulder injury. He will likely be replaced by Amani Oruwariye against Detroit.

Nick Vigil has been listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions. (Source: Tim Twentyman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Vigil was sidelined all week from practice. He is likely on the less favorable side of questionable.

Eric Kendricks has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions. (Source: Tim Twentyman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Kendricks was absent from practice all week. Both he and Micah Parsons were the lone players immediately ruled out for Dallas.

Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said Tyler Guyton will practice on Wednesday. (Source: Jon Machota on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Guyton suffered a knee injury in last week's win over the Steelers. He is considered as day-to-day.

Marshawn Kneeland suffered a partially torn meniscus in the Cowboys’ win over the Steelers. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: It is unclear how long Kneeland will be sidelined for, but it appears he may have avoided a season-ending injury. He is expected to have his meniscus trimmed on Tuesday at which point a more clear timetable should be provided.

Ezekiel Elliott was a limited participant at Dallas' practice on Thursday. (Source: Ralph Vacchiano on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Elliot wasn't able to practice at full capacity on Thursday. He was listed as a limited participant because of dehydration, so this won't be a lasting issue for the veteran. He should be good to go for Week 5 but should remain out of starting lineups, especially with his matchup being against Pittsburgh's tough run defense.

The Cowboys elevated Carl Lawson from their practice squad. (Source: Jon Machota on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Lawson was released by Dallas before the season before he re-signed to the practice squad. He'll hold a depth role on the defensive line for the Cowboys.

Jalen Brooks (ankle) is questionable to play in Week 3 against the Baltimore Ravens. (Source: Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Brooks was added to the injury report on Thursday because of an ankle injury. It will officially leave him questionable for Week 3, and the team will wait until closer to game time to make a determination on his availability. He doesn't usually play a big role on Dallas' offense, so fantasy managers shouldn't put much weight into his availability on Sunday.
