Jack Conklin (knee) is listed as questionable to play in Sunday's game against the New York Giants. (Source: Scott Petrak on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Conklin will have a chance to play in Sunday's game. He was out in Week 2 because of a knee injury, but he has recovered well enough to have a shot at playing against the Giants. His presence would be huge for Cleveland's offensive line, who has dealt with injuries all year so far.

Myles Garrett (foot) is good to go for Sunday's game against the New York Giants. (Source: Scott Petrak on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: A foot injury affected Garrett's practice participation this week, but he has been cleared to play for Week 3 and will be good to go in a matchup against the Giants. He's the cornerstone of Cleveland's defense, and having him makes this unit a strong start on Sunday.

Jedrick Wills Jr. (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the New York Giants. (Source: Scott Petrak on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Wills has yet to make his season debut as he continues to recover from a knee injury from last year, but he will have a chance to suit up for Sunday's game. He's listed as questionable to play right now, and the team will make a determination about his status closer to game time. If he and Jack Conklin (knee) are back in the lineup, that'll be great news for Cleveland's offense as a whole.

Pierre Strong Jr. (hamstring) won't play in Week 3 against the New York Giants. (Source: Scott Petrak on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Strong will miss Sunday's game because of a hamstring injury. It has been an issue for him for most of the regular season, and it's unclear if he will be back in the lineup anytime in the near future. D'Onta Foreman will continue to serve as the RB2 on this offense while Strong remains out.

David Njoku (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 3 against the New York Giants. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: To no surprise, Njoku will not be able to play in Sunday's game. He's still working on recovering from an ankle injury, and he needs more time to rest and recover before he's ready to take the field. Jordan Akins will once again serve as Cleveland's top tight end in his absence.

Cleveland Browns WR Jamari Thrash did not participate in Wednesday's practice due to an illness. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The nature of this is not clear, but his status could easily return to full participation by the end of the week. For those stashing Thrash in dynasty leagues, he likely is not seeing starting lineups yet anyway as he has yet to make his NFL debut. However, the deep threat could make a push for snaps at some point this season.

Cleveland Browns WR Jerry Jeudy (knee) logged a full practice again on Wednesday. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Jeudy was a full participant all three days leading into Week 2 despite appearing on the report with a knee injury. It appears the same is happening this week, and there should be no cause for concern. Jeudy has seen some early returns with the Browns, recording eight catches for 98 yards and a touchdown through two games.

Ogbo Okoronkwo has cleared concussion protocol for the Browns.

Fantasy Impact: Okoronkwo hasn’t made much of an impact so far for Cleveland, managing a snap share just north of 30% on defense so far this year. He’s off the radar for IDP leagues as of right now, but could be a deep league flier if he gains additional work.

David Bell suffered a hip dislocation in Sundays game against the Jaguars and will require surgery. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Bell had three catches early on against the Jags but fell victim to the injury bug. He’ll likely be placed on IR and be out for multiple weeks. While you weren’t relying on Bell for fantasy, his absence could open up things a little more for Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore.

Za'Darius Smith was back at practice on Friday. (Source: Zac Jackson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Smith was sidelined on Thursday after opening the week off the injury report. His return on Friday should put him on track to being able to play this weekend.

Juan Thornhill (calf) is being placed on Cleveland's injured reserve on Tuesday. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Thornhill is dealing with some kind of a calf injury that will force him to go on injured reserve. He's set to miss the next four weeks at the very least, and it's possible that his absence will extend beyond that. This is bad news for Cleveland's defense, who now has to replace their starting free safety for a good chunk of the season.

Tony Fields II will be heading to injured reserve with an ankle injury. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The Browns are placing Fields on injured reserve because of a mildly serious ankle injury that he is dealing with. He will be out for at least four games, and given that Cleveland just lost Mohamoud Diabate to a hip injury, their linebacker depth will be severely lacking for the next several weeks at least.

Mohamoud Diabate (hip) has been placed on injured reserve. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Diabate is being placed on injured reserve because of a hip injury that he suffered. The extent of the injury isn't clear right now, but he will miss at least four weeks because of it. This is a tough blow to Cleveland's defensive depth for the foreseeable future.

Nathaniel Watson returned to practice on Monday with the Browns. (Source: Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Watson was selected No. 206 overall by Cleveland back in April. The SEC Defensive Player of the Year is expected to play in a depth role for Cleveland.

Quinton Jefferson was back at practice with the Browns on Monday. (Source: Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Jefferson signed a one-year deal with Cleveland back in March. He'll hold a depth role on the defensive line.

Denzel Ward has cleared concussion protocol. (Source: Cleveland Browns)

Fantasy Impact: Ward was sidelined for the past week after suffering his fifth career concussion. He should be good to go for the season opener next week against the Cowboys.

Browns RB Nyheim Hines (knee) will remain on the NFI list to open the season. (Source: Mark Kay Cabot on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Hines is now ineligible to play in the first four games of the season. The veteran running back is recovering from a torn ACL and requires more time to get to full strength before seeing game action.

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said D'Onta Foreman will not practice on Tuesday. (Source: Daniel Oyefusi on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Foreman appeared to get banged up in the Browns preseason finale. He will have just under two weeks to get fully healthy for the start of the season.

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said James Hudson III will be working in practice this week. (Source: Daniel Oyefusi on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Hudson sustained an ankle injury in the middle of August. He'll have just under two weeks to get fully healthy for the start of the season.

Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson (shoulder) practiced in full on Thursday after being limited with soreness on Wednesday. However, there is still no official word on his status for Week 3 of the NFL's preseason. (Source: Mary Kay Cabot, cleveland.com)

Fantasy Impact: Watson has not yet made a preseason appearance as he works to return to the field from his offseason shoulder surgery. Early indications seemed to point that he would play, and given that the rest of the Browns' starters are expected to suit up, it can be inferred that the team at least wants Watson to get live reps with the No. 1 offense before the season starts. Watson has played in just 12 NFL games over the last three seasons due to a combination of injuries, holdouts and suspension.
