Malik Nabers left Thursday night's 20-15 loss to Dallas late after suffering a concussion. Before exiting, Nabers caught 12-of-15 targets for 115 yards. He also carried the ball once for minus-four yards. (Source: Tom Pelissero on X)

Fantasy Impact: This is obviously not ideal news for both Giants and fantasy managers alike. Nabers has been a revelation as a rookie, having already caught 35-of-52 targets for 386 yards and three touchdowns through his first four career NFL games. Nabers was officially diagnosed with a concussion and his status moving forward should be monitored during New York's 10-day break. The Giants' next game is October 5 against the Seahawks in Seattle.

Hunter Henry (ankle) was limited at practice on Thursday. (Source: Dan Roche on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Henry was limited at New England's practice on Thursday. He's dealing with a minor ankle injury right now, and the team is taking his recovery on a day-to-day timeline for now. He should play in Week 4, but fantasy managers can't trust starting him in a matchup against the 49ers.

Christian Gonzalez (shoulder) logged a limited practice session on Thursday. (Source: Dan Roche on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: A shoulder injury left Gonzalez limited at Thursday's practice. He was limited on Wednesday as well, and it remains to be seen what his injury designation will look like heading into the weekend. New England's secondary might struggle if he's unable to play against the 49ers.

Trent Williams (illness) was upgraded to a full participant in Thursday's practice. (Source: Dan Roche on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Williams was absent from practice on Wednesday thanks to an illness, but he has recovered from it and was back at practice in a full capacity on Thursday. He is a crucial part of San Francisco's offense, so his presence is good for the fantasy value of Brock Purdy and Jordan Mason in Week 4.

Deebo Samuel Sr. (calf) was officially a limited participant at practice on Thursday. (Source: Dan Roche on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Samuel was able to log a limited practice session on Thursday. He has been sidelined for over a week thanks to a calf injury, so it's good to see him back out on the field with the team. His Week 4 status remains to be determined, and fantasy managers should expect him to be back in the lineup sooner rather than later.

Brock Purdy (back) was a full participant at practice on Thursday. (Source: Dan Roche on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Purdy was able to take part in Thursday's practice at full capacity. He's dealing with a back injury, but it's not serious and hasn't hindered him at practice at all this week. He should be good to go for Week 4, but his fantasy value will largely hinge on the availability of Deebo Samuel (calf) and George Kittle (hamstring).

Christian McCaffrey is going to test the readiness of his Achilles ‘sooner than later’, according to HC Kyle Shanahan. (Source: David Bonilla on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: McCaffrey has been sidelined for several weeks thanks to a lingering Achilles issue, but he will be eligible to return from injured reserve in the near future. HC Kyle Shanahan noted that the team will test his readiness 'sooner than later', which means that we could see him on the field sometime in the next few weeks if things go well. Fantasy managers should continue to pay close attention to McCaffrey's recovery status moving forward.

Fantasy Impact: Brown has been hindered by this foot injury for the entirety of the season so far, and it left him limited at practice on Wednesday as well. It remains to be seen if he will play in Monday night's game, and fantasy managers shouldn't put much weight into his status for Week 4.

Fantasy Impact: Fant was limited at practice on Thursday. He's dealing with a toe injury, but it hasn't been uncommon for him to be on the injury report for this same injury so far this season. He should be good to go for Week 4, barring any unforeseen setbacks in his recovery.

Kenneth Walker III (oblique) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice. (Source: John Boyle on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Walker was a limited participant in Seattle's first practice of the week on Thursday. He has been out for multiple weeks because of his oblique injury, but it appears that he may finally be nearing his return. If that's the case, that will mean a lot less work for Zach Charbonnet moving forward.

Jayden Reed (calf/quad) was limited at Green Bay's practice on Thursday. (Source: Eric Thompson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Reed is dealing with a pair of injuries that left him limited at Thursday's practice. Neither of them are thought to be a serious issue, however, and he should be available to play in Week 4. He will only be worth flex consideration if Jordan Love (knee) is the starter for Green Bay this weekend.

Tucker Kraft (shoulder) was upgraded to a full participant at Thursday's practice. (Source: Eric Thompson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Kraft was upgraded to a full participant at practice on Thursday. He was limited on Wednesday because of a shoulder injury, but it appears that it was nothing more than a minor issue for the young stud. He should play on Sunday and will be primed for more work if Luke Musgrave (quad) is out for the Packers.

Luke Musgrave (quad) was limited at practice on Thursday. (Source: Eric Thompson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Musgrave logged another limited practice on Thursday. He's still dealing with a quad injury and remains day-to-day for the foreseeable future. He may have an injury designation heading into the weekend.

Jordan Love (knee) was officially limited at practice on Thursday. (Source: Eric Thompson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: As expected, Love was able to log another practice session on Thursday. He was limited, but he was practicing in pads and is seemingly in the process of being ramped up. He has a very real shot at playing in Week 4, which would spell good things for Green Bay's offense in a matchup against a tough Vikings' defense.

Josh Oliver (wrist) was listed as a limited participant at Thursday's practice. (Source: Eric Thompson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Oliver wasn't able to log a full practice session on Thursday because of a wrist injury. It's a day-to-day issue for right now, and it's unclear if the team expects him to play through it in Week 4. His possible absence won't carry much weight for fantasy purposes.

Jordan Addison (ankle) logged a limited practice session on Thursday. (Source: Eric Thompson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Addison was limited at Minnesota's practice on Thursday. He's still dealing with an ankle injury that has bothered him since Week 1, but it looks like he's trending in the right direction for Sunday's game. If he plays, Jalen Nailor will see a decrease in targets moving forward.

Trey McBride (concussion) missed practice again on Thursday. (Source: John Keim on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: McBride is at risk of missing Sunday's game against the Commanders. He's still in the NFL's concussion protocols following a big hit he took in Week 3, and he hasn't been able to practice all week. It remains to be seen what his official injury designation will be, but fantasy managers should be prepared for him to not play this week.

Marvin Harrison Jr. (quad) was limited at practice again on Friday. (Source: John Keim on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: A quad injury left the rookie limited at practice again on Thursday. The exact severity of it has yet to be determined, but it doesn't seem like much more than a day-to-day issue. Fantasy managers should keep tabs on what his official injury designation ends up being following Friday's practice.

Davis Allen (back) was limited at practice on Thursday. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Allen was limited at practice on Thursday. This shouldn't come as much of a surprise, given that he was limited on Wednesday due to the same issue. It's unclear if he will play in Week 4 or not, but fantasy managers shouldn't put much weight into his status.
