Curtis Samuel (pec) will play in Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. (Source: Buffalo Bills PR on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Samuel was limited at practice all week due to a pec injury, but he has no injury designation for Week 10 and will play against the Colts. He'll be in line for more work than usual with rookie Keon Coleman (wrist) out of the lineup for Buffalo.

Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) is off of the injury report for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Patterson will be able to play on Sunday after missing several weeks due to an ankle injury. He was able to practice in full this week, so it doesn't seem likely that his workload will be limited. That's less than ideal for Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren, who once again will lose some touches to the veteran.

Justin Fields (hamstring) is good to go for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Fields has been dealing with a hamstring injury for a couple of weeks now, but he has been practicing all week and carries no injury designation heading into the weekend. He will be active against the Commanders, but Russell Wilson will still be the starter for the Steelers.

Fantasy Impact: Jenkins was dealing with a knee injury, but will avoid an injury designation after logging a full practice in each session this week. With the Bears already dealing with numerous OL injuries, Jenkins will be key to the Bears stopping the Patriots' pass rush Sunday.

Bears DL Montez Sweat is off the injury report for Week 10. (Source: Scott Bair on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Sweat was dealing with a shin injury to start the week, but he was able to log consecutive full practices to avoid an injury designation. He will be available for the Bears' defense against the Patriots.

Titans coach Brian Callahan said Tyjae Spears is “trending in the right direction” for Week 10 against the Chargers. (Source: Ben Arthur on Twitter)

Mason Rudolph will not start on Sunday and will serve as Tennessee's QB2 behind Will Levis against the Chargers. (Source: Jim Wyatt on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Rudolph has been starting for the Titans for the past three games while Levis has been out due to a shoulder injury, but that's set to change on Sunday. The team has announced that Levis is going to start, with Rudolph heading back to the bench to serve the backup role. That's less than ideal for some of Tennessee's skill-position players, but it's possible that he will reclaim the starting job at some point in the back half of the season.

Fantasy Impact: Levis has been out for multiple weeks due to a shoulder injury, but he has been cleared to play. The team has made the decision that he is going to start against the Chargers, which means that Mason Rudolph will head back to the bench. This is less than ideal for players like Calvin Ridley and Tony Pollard, who found increased success with Levis out of the lineup.

Kyle Pitts (hamstring) is off of the injury report for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints. (Source: Tori McElhaney)

Fantasy Impact: Pitts was limited at practice earlier in the week due to a hamstring issue, but he was able to log a full practice session on Friday and carries no injury designation heading into the weekend. He will play and will see more work than usual if Drake London (hip) is not in the lineup for Atlanta.

Drake London (hip) is questionable to play in Week 10 against the New Orleans Saints. (Source: Tori McElhaney)

Fantasy Impact: London will be questionable to play in Week 10 after suffering a hip injury in Week 9. He was a limited participant at practice all week, so he seems to have a true 50/50 shot at playing against the Saints. Fantasy managers should expect Darnell Mooney and Kyle Pitts to get more work if the young wideout is unavailable to play for Atlanta.

Theo Johnson (knee/back) is good to go for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. (Source: Pat Leonard on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Johnson was listed on the injury report earlier in the week due to a pair of injuries, but he is now off of the injury report entirely and should be good to go for Sunday's game. He'll be in line for an increased workload with Darius Slayton (concussion) unavailable to catch passes for the Giants.

Graham Gano (hamstring) is officially questionable for Week 10's game against the Carolina Panthers. (Source: Pat Leonard on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Gano has been out for a while due to a hamstring injury, but it looks like he will have a real shot at making his return in Week 10. He's officially questionable to play against the Panthers, but it seems like he's trending towards playing. Jude McAtamney is expected to be New York's kicker in the off-chance that Gano misses another week.
