Fantasy Impact: It seemed to be only a matter of time until Kirk Cousins would be benched following his struggles over the past month. The first-round pick out of Washington will get his first chance to start on Sunday. Penix will offer the Falcons offense more upside all-around for Bijan Robinson, Drake London, Darnell Mooney and Kyle Pitts for fantasy managers.

Fantasy Impact: It seemed to be only a matter of time. The Falcons ended a four-game losing streak on Monday, but Cousins still didn't play well. He had just one touchdown to eight interceptions in his past five games. Michael Penix Jr. will start the remainder of the season for Atlanta.

Josh Whyle caught all five of his targets for 37 yards and one touchdown in the Titans' 37-27 Week 15 loss to the Bengals.

Fantasy Impact: Whyle benefited from the Titans switching to backup quarterback Mason Rudolph behind center, scoring his first touchdown of the season in the loss. The tight end can be left off rosters in all formats ahead of a Week 16 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

Tyler Boyd caught two of his three targets for 39 yards in the Titans' 37-27 loss to the Bengals in Week 15.

Fantasy Impact: Boyd continues to make the most of a moderate role in an inconsistent Tennessee offense, logging less than four receptions in six of his last seven games. The wideout is best left out of lineups ahead of a Week 16 contest against the Indianapolis Colts.

Tyjae Spears rushed four times for five yards and one touchdown while also hauling in six of his seven targets for 87 yards and one touchdown in the Titans' 37-27 Week 15 loss to the Bengals.

Fantasy Impact: Spears capitalized on a game script which saw Tennessee trailing for the majority of the game, finishing second on the team in touches in a losing effort. The pass-catching back could once again find himself in a situation where Tennessee will look to play catch-up in a Week 16 contest against the Indianapolis Colts.

Tony Pollard carried the ball 17 times for 45 yards and one touchdown while also losing one fumble in the Titans' 37-27 loss to the Bengals in Week 15.

Fantasy Impact: Pollard made the most of a frustrating day out of the backfield, finding paydirt despite averaging just 2.6 yards per carry in the loss. The running back will look to put the nagging ankle injury in the rearview mirror ahead of a Week 16 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

Joe Burrow completed 26-of-37 pass attempts for 271 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions, while also losing one fumble in the Bengals' 37-27 Week 15 win over the Titans.

The superstar wideout remains an elite option in all formats for fantasy managers, with a favorable Week 16 contest against the Cleveland Browns up next.

Chase Brown carried the ball 25 times for 97 yards and one touchdown while also hauling in all three of his targets for 16 yards and one touchdown in the Bengals' 37-27 Week 15 win over the Titans.

Fantasy Impact: Brown continues to make an impact as part of the Cincinnati offense, reaching the end zone in six of his last seven games. The running back should once again see plenty of involvement out of the backfield in a favorable matchup against the Cleveland Browns in Week 16.

Fantasy Impact: Gesicki has been moderately involved in in the Cincinnati offense of late, logging three or more receptions in six of his last seven games. The tight end will remain one of the few options in the Cincinnati passing game ahead of a Week 16 contest against the Cleveland Browns.

Tee Higgins hauled in five of his eight targets for 88 yards and one touchdown in the Bengals' 37-27 Week 15 win over the Titans.

Fantasy Impact: Higgins has had a nose for the end zone of late, recording touchdowns in four of his last five games. The wideout will likely once again be heavily involved in the Cincinnati offense in a favorable Week 16 matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
