Fantasy Impact: Simons is good to go after being listed as questionable. He should take on his usual starting role.

Jerami Grant has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Knicks.

Fantasy Impact: Grant will remain sidelined as expected. Shaedon Sharpe should continue to start in his place.

Toumani Camara (foot) is off of the injury report for Sunday's game against the New York Knicks. (Source: Trail Blazers PR on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Camara was previously listed on Portland's injury report due to a foot injury, but he is off of it now and will be available to play in Sunday's game. Fantasy managers should expect him to see a large workload with Jerami Grant (knee) expected to be sidelined for the foreseeable future for the Blazers.

Scoot Henderson (concussion) won't play in Sunday's game against the New York Knicks. (Source: Trail Blazers PR on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Henderson is currently in the NBA's concussion protocols and will not be available to play on Sunday. It looks like he will miss more time beyond this game because of it, although it's unclear exactly how much time he will miss. Look for Shaedon Sharpe and Dalano Banton to see more work for the foreseeable future.

Bryce McGowens (rib) will be sidelined for the remainder of the season. (Source: Sean Highkin on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: McGowens recently suffered a fractured rib, and the team recently announced that it will cause him to miss the remainder of the season. He wasn't a big part of Portland's rotation, so this news isn't likely to have much of an impact for fantasy purposes.

Dalano Banton (illness) has been removed from the injury report for Thursday's game against the Sacramento Kings. (Source: NBA Injury Report)

Fantasy Impact: Banton was able to play through an illness on Tuesday and is now no longer on the team's injury report ahead of Thursday's game. He isn't likely to see enough work to be fantasy relevant for the foreseeable future, however.

Matisse Thybulle scored 15 points (5-6 FG, 5-6 3PT) and grabbed three rebounds in Tuesday's 122-111 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Fantasy Impact: Thybulle saw just 15 minutes of action on Tuesday, but he was able to score 15 points in that time while missing just one shot from beyond the arc. This was a good game for the veteran, but fantasy managers should have tempered expectations for him for the time being.

Deni Avdija scored 17 points (6-17 FG, 3-9 3PT, 2-6 FT) to go with ten rebounds and six assists in Tuesday's 122-111 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Fantasy Impact: Avdija was a bit inefficient on Tuesday, but outside of that, he played very well. He fell just four assists shy of a triple-double, and he was one of Portland's main bright spots in their loss to Cleveland. He will continue to be a great fantasy option over the last few weeks of the season.

Donovan Clingan scored 18 points (6-10 FG, 2-3 3PT, 4-7 FT) to go with 12 rebounds and three blocks in Tuesday's 122-111 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Fantasy Impact: The big man was productive on Tuesday. He finished with an 18-point double-double against the Cavaliers that also featured a team-high 12 rebounds on the night. He will continue to be Portland's top center for the remainder of the regular season.

Jabari Walker (concussion) will be good to go for Tuesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. (Source: NBA Injury Report)

Fantasy Impact: Walker is no longer listed on Portland's injury report after missing a number of games due to a concussion. This means that he should be good to go for Tuesday's game against the Cavaliers, and he may see a solid workload with Jerami Grant (knee) set to be sidelined for the Blazers.

Shaedon Sharpe flirted with a double-double for the Trailblazers Friday night, grabbing six rebounds and scoring 23 points (10-22 FG, 1-10 3PT, 2-2 FT) while also blocking one shot, dishing out two assists, and recording one steal in a 128-109 win over the Nuggets.

Fantasy Impact: Sharpe continues a solid stretch on both ends of the floor, finishing with four or more rebounds and 16 or more points in each of his last five games. The guard continues to progress in the right direction as part of a young Portland rotation, averaging 17.5 points and 4.2 rebounds per game while posting a 24.4% usage rate so far this season.

Robert Williams III has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Grizzlies. (Source: Trail Blazers PR on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Williams will miss another game due to a knee injury. His absence won't have a big impact on the Trail Blazers rotation for fantasy managers.

Duop Reath totaled two points (1-5 FG, 0-4 3PT), three rebounds, and two assists in the Trail Blazers’ 130-120 loss to the Warriors.

Fantasy Impact: Reath remains a barely a fringe fantasy option due to his inconsistent playing time and limited offensive role. While he has the size and skill to be effective in spurts, his lack of a clear role within Portland’s rotation makes him tough to trust in most fantasy leagues. He is only worth consideration as a deep-league stash or a DFS punt play when slate size and value align.

Kris Murray scored 12 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3PT, 1-2 FT) and grabbed six rebounds in Wednesday's 129-121 win over the Washington Wizards.

Fantasy Impact: Deni Avdija suffered a quad injury early on in Wednesday's game. That left Murray with more opportunities, and he finished the game with 12 points, six rebounds, and two blocks as a result. He will continue to see more work for however long Avdija remains out of the lineup.

Deandre Ayton has been diagnosed with a left calf strain and will be re-evaluated in four weeks. (Source: Portland Trail Blazers on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Ayton left Monday's game early and underwent an MRI to confirm the injury. Donovan Clingan should slide into the starting lineup in his absence for the Trail Blazers.
