Mason Plumlee ejected early after strong start against Rockets

by Joel E. Ruffin Jr. | Suns Correspondent | Thu, Mar 13th 12:11pm EDT

Mason Plumlee totaled four points (2-2 FG) and six rebounds in the Suns’ 111-104 loss to the Rockets.

Fantasy Impact:

Plumlee was on track for a productive night, securing six rebounds in just 13 minutes before an unexpected ejection cut his game short. With Nick Richards out, Plumlee had an opportunity to prove himself as a legitimate late-season streaming option, but his scuffle with Steven Adams derailed those plans. If the Suns opt to ease Richards back into the rotation, Plumlee could still have a path to meaningful minutes. His fantasy value will depend on how Phoenix handles the situation, but if he secures a starting role, he could become a viable deep-league streaming play. The upcoming matchup against the Kings will provide a clearer picture of his late-season potential.
