Miles Bridges leads offense in loss to Nets

by Bruno Mulé | Hornets Correspondent | Thu, Jan 30th 10:39am EST

Miles Bridges powered the Hornets on Wednesday, recording 23 points (8-of-21 FG), 13 rebounds, one assist, two steals, two blocks, and one three-pointer in a 104-83 setback against the Nets.

Fantasy Impact:

Despite an uneven shooting display, Bridges once again shouldered a heavy offensive load for a short-handed Charlotte squad missing four regular starters. This marks the third straight contest—and eighth of his last nine—where he’s topped the 20-point threshold, a testament to his elevated usage rate. With LaMelo Ball (ankle) likely out for at least the next few games, Bridges is set to maintain his lead role in the offense. Additionally, the Hornets host the Clippers and then Denver in a weekend back-to-back, positioning him for further scoring and rebounding opportunities in the near term.
