Jarrett Allen posted a double-double for the Cavaliers Friday night, grabbing 10 rebounds and scoring 22 points (10-13 FG, 2-2 FT) while also blocking one shot, dishing out four assists, and recording three steals in a 149-135 win over the Nuggets.

Allen continues a modest stretch on both ends of the floor, finishing with six or more rebounds and six or more points in each of his last five games.
