Ja Morant exited Friday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans with a right shoulder injury. The injury occurred in the third quarter when Morant collided with Pelicans center Daniel Theis. Morant left the game with 25 points, seven assists, and two rebounds in 25 minutes of action.
Fantasy Impact:
This is a worrying development for fantasy managers, as it's the same shoulder that required surgery earlier this year. The severity of the injury is unknown, but any missed time would be a significant blow to fantasy rosters. If Morant is sidelined, expect Scotty Pippen Jr. and Luke Kennard to see more playing time.
