Devonte' Graham signs with Blazers

Fantasy Impact:
Graham will be joining the Blazers after spending the last two years with the San Antonio Spurs. He was effective at points in his stint with them, but in 2023, he only averaged 5 points per game on 13.6 minutes played per game. However, with Portland having some questionable depth, he could carve out a decent role for himself in the Blazers' rotation.
