Donovan Mitchell has agreed to a 3-year, $150 million maximum extension to stay with the Cleveland Cavaliers. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Mitchell has been an integral part of the Cavaliers’ successes since joining the team two years ago. That was never more evident than in the 2023-24 playoffs, where they just weren’t quite the same team with him off the court. Eyes will now turn to backcourt teammate Darius Garland, and whether he will want to stay in Cleveland with Mitchell, or wish to find a home somewhere else.
