Fantasy Impact:
After a strong rookie season, Mitchell saw his playing time drop the past couple of years with Sacramento. After the Kings drafted Devin Carter, Mitchell was likely going to continue to not see much of an opportunity. He'll look to earn a role in the Raptors back court behind Immanuel Quickley and Gary Trent Jr.
