J.J. Redick agrees to four-year deal to become next Lakers head coach

Rob Pelinka reportedly offered the job Thursday morning and Redick’s started working on a staff to surround himself with experience. This will be his first coaching job, so he'll look to surround himself with experience on the coaching staff.
