JJ Redick has agreed on a four-year contract to become the next coach of the Los Angeles Lakers. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Rob Pelinka reportedly offered the job Thursday morning and Redick’s started working on a staff to surround himself with experience. This will be his first coaching job, so he'll look to surround himself with experience on the coaching staff.
