Jevon Carter signs with the Bulls

Fantasy Impact:
Carter should see a bigger role in the Bulls back court, especially with Lonzo Ball (knee) not expected to play next year. He provides strong defense and can hit a shot from the outside as well. He'll be an interesting target for fantasy managers in deeper leagues.
