Willy Hernangomez scored six points (3-5 FG) and pulled down three rebounds in the Pels' win over Dallas.

OK then. After picking up two quick fouls, starter Jonas Valanciunas hardly played the rest of the Pelicans' contest on Wednesday. In his stead, Hernangomez and Jaxson Hayes split the workload. Hernangomez was outplayed and outproduced by Hayes, but their production recently are just about identical. You're not scrambling to pick up either backup big, but if you're a Valanciunas manager, keep a close eye on who's behind him. Hernangomez is averaging 9.7 points in 16 minutes per game in March.
