Portland head coach Chauncey Billups said Wednesday that Justise Winslow is doing more but still not full-contact stuff. (Sean Highkin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Winslow, who has been sidelined since December, remains without a clear timetable to return. Fantasy managers should not expect him to return anytime soon.
