Dewayne Dedmon signs with the 76ers

Fantasy Impact:
Dedmon was waived by the Spurs after being traded from the Heat. He'll likely compete for backup center minutes with Montrezl Harrell behind Joel Embiid. Dedmon is off the fantasy radar.
