Andrea Bargnani signs with Nets

Free agent Andrea Bargnani has signed a two-year contract with Brooklyn. Sources say the first year if for the veteran minimum with a player option for the second year. Bargnani played for the Knicks the last two seasons. (Tim Bontemps on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bargnani will likely fill the backup center role behind Brook Lopez for the Nets next season. The seven-foot Italian has averaged 15.0 points, 4.8 boards, and 0.9 blocks in his career. With Lopez's injury history and no other center on the roster, Bargnani could find himself in line for plenty of minutes next season, making him a player to keep your eye on in fantasy leagues.
