Kawhi Leonard records season high 33 points on Tuesday
by Jeremy Orriss | Clippers Correspondent | Sun, Jan 15th 1:10pm EST
Kawhi Leonard dropped a season-high 33 points (9-12 FG, 3-5 3PT, 12-12 FT), nine rebounds, four assists, and four steals in 36 minutes in a win against the Mavericks on January 10th.
Fantasy Impact:
Leonard rode a red-hot shooting performance all around to a new season high in scoring as the Clippers beat the Mavericks in a nail-biter. With Paul George sidelined, Kawhi stepped into a starting role and played real superstar minutes while putting together a performance resembling the all-star player we've seen in the past. The forward may be the most frequently rested player in the league, but when he is on the floor he has proven he can still play at an extremely high level.
