Kawhi Leonard dropped a season-high 31 points (12-26 FG, 2-5 3PT, 5-8 FT), nine rebounds, one assist, one block, and three steals in 32 minutes in a win against the Wizards on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
This was easily Kawhi's best performance of the year, as he recorded season-highs in both points and rebounds. While he did not shoot the ball particularly well, Leonard's recent increase in minutes (30 per game in December) is an encouraging sign for fantasy owners and Clipper fans. If he can continue this trend, the superstar forward will likely shoot up fantasy rankings ROS. Los Angeles is now 9-2 in games that Leonard plays this season and they sit at the seven seed in the West.
