Fantasy Impact:
Garland suffered the injury in the second quarter when Gary Trent Jr. inadvertently hit the young guard in the eye on a steal attempt. Evidently, the injury is severe enough to keep Garland out of basketball activities, and the team is reportedly preparing to play without their star on Saturday in Chicago and at home on Sunday against the Wizards. Cavs fans and fantasy managers alike will hope for a swift return for Garland, but he cannot be counted on for the remainder of this week. Upon his return, he'll look to shoot more efficiently after going just 2-8 FG in 13 minutes of floor time yesterday.
