Fantasy Impact:
The newly acquired 26-year-old will delay his Portland debut as he is ruled out against the Lakers. Hart has averaged 13.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game this season. The swingman was acquired on Tuesday as part of the CJ McCollum blockbuster trade. Expect Hart to make his first appearance for the Trail Blazers on Saturday against the Knicks.
